Deborah Barleggs
Deborah is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, with British Psychological Society accreditation in Occupational Testing. She is a Principal Member of the Association of Business Psychologists, Founder Member Special Group of Coaching Psychology. Deborah has been practicing as a business psychologist since 2003, and holds an MSC in Occupational Psychology and Level A, B & B+ Certificates in Occupational Testing.
Deborah’s work as a psychologist is rooted in robust psychological and management theory as well as the realism and empathy that come from 15 years commercial experience as a line manager and director within a multinational plc. There, she was involved in identifying and integrating new business acquisitions; initiating corporate knowledge management programmes; aligning HR policies and processes with corporate strategy and creating and developing motivated, high performance, multidisciplinary teams. She had direct responsibility for services generating annual turnover in excess of £10m. As such, Deborah brings experience of strategic planning, business development, business and financial management, people development and management to her work as a psychologist.

Jacquie Brazier
Jacquie is an experienced chartered occupational psychologist working as a consultant across all business sectors from graduate through to director level, with small business owners and professionals. Her areas of expertise include team performance and development, leadership development, personnel selection and recruitment, employee engagement, stress management, competency interviewing and framework development, career coaching, psychometric profiling and feedback. Her practice is underpinned by psychological theory and models and influenced by the practical toolkit of techniques provided by her training and learnt from experience.
Before qualifying as a psychologist, Jacquie ran a successful small business working in the catering and event management industry. Immediately after qualifying Jacquie worked as a Research Fellow in the School of Human Sciences at the University of Surrey on a pan-European research project into stress related long term sickness absence and work resumption and then as an associate tutor teaching, supervising and mentoring final year undergraduates and post graduate students. Jacquie is qualified to teach adult and further education.
